First Impressions-What kind of First Impression do you make?

A first impression is the most important impression you will ever make whether in business or your personal life! And yet most of us don’t know how we are really seen by others. Join us to discover how to make a great first impression! You will learn to see yourself as others see you and how to “tweek” your style to create the impression that reflects the “real you”. We will discuss the keys to putting your best self forward in any new situation from networking to a formal business interview.

This discussion will be led by Beth Autry and Dianne Freeman.

Beth has 34 years as an executive recruiter and currently is a Manager with RCP, Resources Global Partners. She has successfully counseled hundreds of candidates on how to present themselves in a positive manner to hiring authorities at major corporations resulting in many securing that perfect position to advance their careers. She has a BSBA in Accounting from Michigan State and is a CPA.

Dianne has 27 years as an executive recruiter and is currently a Managing Director with Townsend Search Group, a leading search and consulting firm specializing in Accounting and Finance. Previously, she was a founder of Dickson Associates, a search firm which made INC Magazine’s fasting growing companies in 1996. She has a BS in Accounting from Louisiana Tech University and is a CPA.
