Are you getting the performance you need from your people? There are many factors that influence performance, and it’s important that those who are responsible for the performance of others understand how to determine what is working and what is not. Business Development Executive Sarah Zigila will present six simple questions to ask to ensure you get the performance you need.

Sarah Zigila is a business development executive for Innovative Learning Group.
With more than 10 years’ experience in business development and sales, Sarah rolls up her sleeves and dives in to help clients reach their organization’s performance goals. Sarah’s past positions have included roles in business development, workforce development, mentoring, and fundraising. She has vast experience enhancing workforce development curricula, designing inspirational sessions, developing employee and mentor training programs, and coaching mentors and students.
Sarah holds a bachelor’s degree in community development from Central Michigan University. In April 2018, she will receive her master’s degree in training and development with a concentration in organizational development from Oakland University. Sarah also has actively participated as a member of the Detroit Economic Club – Young Leader Series and ELITE Success Partners.
The Novi Affinity Group Members meet at 8 a.m. on the third Wednesday of each month at Walsh College - Novi Campus, 41500 Gardenbrook Drive Novi, for networking with other Inforum members, who are interested in establishing and building professional relationships.
