Event Title: To Give and Receive

Please join us for Inforum's A2Affinity Group Meeting—Wednesday, November 7, 2018, 8:00-9:00 AM. For this meeting we will start promptly at 8:00 to ensure we can hear all requests.

Join us for a unique exchange of giving and receiving with Inforum. During this event you will have an opportunity to make a specific request of the group, and in exchange also help another member of the group. Let's say you are looking for a new project manager. During the event you will announce this need and if another attendee has a suggestion they will provide it to you. Please keep your requests on a business level. For example: "I need an introduction to someone at the University of Michigan in hospital administration." No requests for something personal such as "I need a new car."

Please send you requests to Debra Power (debra@getresearchpower.com) in advance of the event if possible. I will send announcements leading up to the event to circulate the requests. You can also bring your request on the day of the event.

Feel free to invite guests to this exciting exchange so they can see the power of giving and receiving...the Inforum way!

Facilitator: Karen Gordon

Karen Gordon is a recovering corporate executive, an entrepreneur, a consultant, a coach, a workshop leader, and a dreamer. She spent over 25 years in the corporate world, with one company, before she left to start her own businesses. Karen believes how we contribute to the world and earn our wages should be enjoyable. It should be fun. If it’s not, we owe it to ourselves to figure out why and how to change it. Karen launched GO Where Meetings Matter, Ann Arbor’s creative conference center, in 2015 and has been hosting fun and productive meetings ever since.
