Women in Leadership Roles
Speaker: Ronia Kruse, founder and CEO of OpTech, Inforum Board Member
Please join us for a candid conversation with Ronia Kruse about her role as a leader and as the founder and CEO of OpTech. We will have a short moderated discussion and then we will open the floor to your questions for this amazing leader in tech.
Ronia Kruse is the founder and CEO of OpTech, LLC and OpTech Solutions. OpTech is a consulting firm specializing in connecting Fortune 1000 and government clients by providing tailored solutions within the verticals of government, healthcare insurance, utilities, finance (banking) and manufacturing. Kruse launched OpTech during the sharp economic downturn of 2001 and an overall depressed economy, arguably the worst time to start a tech company, but her business acumen paid off. With her contagious enthusiasm and passion for inspiring others, Kruse brings the unique ability to leverage technology and develop talent, particularly in the realm of crisis management, which led to the exponential growth of her firm.
