Beki Fraser, ACC, is the owner of Focus For Growth, LLC, a business and leadership coaching practice. She partners with clients to puzzle through exactly what they desire and support their efforts to achieve those professional goals.

Beki is an analytical soul and a constant observer of human behavior, she is passionate about understanding why people think and behave the way they do. She holds the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and brings confidential and open-minded support while asking thought provoking questions and actively listening to provide insightful reflection and feedback.
