Slows Bar Bq Grand Rapids opened in 2015, the first expansion outside of Detroit for the Corktown landmark. Slows GR features slow-cooked barbecue favorites like beef brisket, ribs, pulled pork, signature sandwiches & sides. As in Detroit, Slows is dedicated to craft beer with 40 taps available by the glass or growler. In addition Slows GR has a full bar with expertly crafted cocktails. Slows Grand Rapids offers a mix of traditional dinner service at smaller tables as well as market style dining at our long communal tables. We have recently launched full service dining after 4pm weekdays and all day Saturday and Sunday. Prior to 4pm, we are open for market-style service.

Dinner Affinity Group
Join us for dinner at a West Michigan area restaurant each month to meet and network with other Inforum members and guests. This group gives you the opportunity to try new restaurants all over town, as well as some oldies-but-goodies. Meet us in the bar for drinks & mingling at 5:00 (water and wine both count as drinks!) or pull up a chair in the dining area at 5:30. You'll order off the menu and pay your own check.
