Description
The quest for perfection is sabotaging our energy, effectiveness, careers, and lives. As we move up the ladder, the impact of that sabotage gets even more difficult to manage and has deeper impact on our teams. Although very beneficial for everyone, this learning lab is tailored to women who manage others and lead teams.
In this very interactive ½-day together, we’ll take a deep look at why we feel the need to be perfect in all of our roles, why perfection-related challenges like self-doubt, fear of judgement, and fear of failure are so pervasive, how these things are sabotaging us, and what we can do about it.
Participants who attend will have:
1) An awareness of perfection-related challenges many professionals have – and how deeply entrenched they can be, lying the foundation for numerous energy drains and challenges
2) A clear understanding of specific perfection-related challenges you have
3) The tools to resolve those challenges
4) A resolution or shift of perception around one of those challenges during the workshop
5) Their own customized action implementation plan
Here is what a previous participant in Kyla's program had to say: I took a few hours of my somewhat hectic week to attend this workshop, and… I’m so glad I did. This was such a valuable use of my time. Over the years I’ve attended various conferences, workshops, and events on a variety of leadership topics – this was one of the best. --Office Managing Partner, Tax Services
