Hannah Burns Dunham is a chemical engineer, organizational psychologist, and consultant with over 10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. Her career has spanned engineering and operational roles, where she developed a deep understanding of leadership, workplace culture, and the realities of working in male-dominated environments.
She is the founder of Climbing Trees Consulting, where she provides coaching, training, and consulting services to organizations and women professionals seeking to grow their leadership presence, set boundaries, and advance their careers. Her work is grounded in both real-world industry experience and behavioral science.
In addition to her consulting work, Hannah is the founder of the 28% Club, a community supporting women in STEM and manufacturing careers. She regularly speaks to organizations, conferences, and industry groups on leadership, communication strategies, and the realities of being a woman in STEM. She has a four-year-old daughter named Delilah, along with two cats and a dog, and lives in Birmingham, AL.
