Kelly Conway, CEO, Pondera Leadership Consulting

Kelly Conway is the CEO of a rapidly growing human capital platform, where she is building an integrated, end-to-end talent strategy to help organizations thrive—from hire to retire. The platform includes Pondera Leadership Consulting, a Grand Rapids–based firm known for its proprietary leadership assessment tool, and Rep-Lite, a strategic sales talent partner.

In partnership with Sleeping Giant Capital, Kelly is actively acquiring and integrating HR services firms to expand the platform’s reach and impact.

Prior to this, Kelly served as Chief Human Resources Officer for two of the world’s largest privately held insurance and financial services firms, Acrisure and Lockton. She also led global HR strategy for Stryker’s supply chain, supporting 42 manufacturing plants across nine countries. Across more than 25 years, she has built a reputation for helping leaders and organizations grow by aligning strategy, culture, and people.

At her core, Kelly is passionate about helping individuals and organizations show up as their best. She lives out her priorities of faith, family, fun, and fitness—with a love for Disney and triathlons.

Lisa Pearson is an authentic healthcare leader known for building high-performing teams and cultures grounded in trust, integrity, and emotional safety. With more than two decades of leadership experience in healthcare operations and physician practice management, she has led organizational strategy, culture transformation, service excellence, and operational growth within complex healthcare environments. She most recently served as Chief Operating Officer for Orthopaedic Associates of Michigan.

Throughout her career, Lisa has been passionate about creating resilient teams through authenticity, courageous conversations, and leadership rooted in dignity and respect. She is a strong advocate for mental health, emotional safety in the workplace, and the belief that personal resilience is essential to both effective leadership and long-term well-being, especially in healthcare.

In addition to her healthcare leadership work, Lisa is most recently the founder of Room to Breathe, a business focused on decluttering, organization, and concierge resale services. Her work reflects her belief that creating space, whether in organizations, homes, or within ourselves, allows people to thrive with greater clarity, purpose, and balance.  Lisa specializes in working with individuals with ADHD and neurodivergence, helping create systems and environments where people can thrive both personally and professionally.
