Shelley Davis Boyd (she/her) is the Founder and President of Essdee & Co., a culture transformation consultancy that helps organizations build emotionally intelligent, high-accountability workplaces where people and performance thrive. She brings more than two decades of executive leadership experience in operations, culture building, and organizational transformation. Her leadership perspective is shaped by executive experience and real-life responsibility that began early, including becoming a mother at a young age.

Shelley holds an MBA from Northwood University and is a Certified Executive Coach, Certified Association Executive, EQ-i 2.0 Practitioner, and Certified ATHENA Leadership Facilitator.

She is the creator of The Civility Code™ and The Aligned Leader Lens™, frameworks that help leaders strengthen communication, lead with accountability, and build cultures rooted in trust and respect.
