Compassionate Conflict is a highly interactive workshop that invites participants to reflect on a current conflict or challenging situation. Participants leave with practical tools to approach these conversations with clarity, curiosity and empathy. The goal is for participants to feel at least one step closer—or fully ready—to have a productive conversation about their identified conflict.
