Adapting Leadership for the AI Era

Healthcare, like many industries, is entering a defining moment—one where artificial intelligence is not just transforming technology but reshaping how we lead. This event brings healthcare leaders together to explore what it truly means to lead in the AI era: not simply adopting new tools, but fundamentally rethinking leadership, culture, and responsibility.

The panel will discuss how leadership must evolve with AI, including supporting employees through change, addressing uncertainty and workforce impact, and building skills and confidence as roles shift. The session will also examine the regulatory and ethical considerations shaping AI in healthcare, emphasizing responsible use, governance, and patient trust.

Leadership success in the AI era is not about mastering every new technology—it is about leading through transformation. Participants will hear about how to set strategic direction amid uncertainty, make informed decisions with AI-enabled insights, and build adaptive organizations capable of learning continuously. The goal is to equip leaders to guide their organizations confidently through this new era—where human judgment, compassion, and leadership remain indispensable, even as AI reshapes the future of healthcare.
