Building High Impact Relationships to Reach Your Goals
Research shows that high trust, strategic relationships help women gain clarity, confidence, and access to the support they need to achieve their professional goals. In this workshop, participants will be introduced to a practical network framework, learn how to use power and influence intentionally and leave with clear actions that advance a real goal forward.

Lauren Hornberger is an experienced human resources executive with a background leading high performing teams in Fortune 500 companies. She founded Talent Bloom Consulting and Coaching to help growth focused leaders and teams strengthen their impact through people centered solutions. Her coaching practice specializes in supporting accomplished women navigating change, helping them build clarity, connection, and confidence.
