Nicole Turck has been the Vice President of Operations for Women’s Health at Corewell Health West since 2018. She holds a nursing degree from Florida State University and a master's in health care administration from California State University, East Bay. Nicole leads the strategic planning and operational execution for the women's health service line in Grand Rapids and surrounding areas.
Previously, Nicole was the Chief Nursing Officer for three hospitals in the Sutter Health system in Berkeley and Oakland, California, where she ensured nursing standards and patient care quality. With over 28 years of nursing experience, Nicole is dedicated to women's health at all life stages. She played a key role in opening the Women’s Health and Wellness Center in Grand Rapids, the first of its kind in West Michigan, focusing on post-childbearing care.
Nicole is a passionate advocate for women's health and wellness, drawing from both her professional role and personal experiences. As a mom of three young kids, including twin boys, Cole and Reid, who are 4, and a 9-year-old daughter, Ingrid, she juggles the challenges (and joys!) of raising her children while also caring for her mother, who lives with her and her partner, Brent. Nicole loves to travel with friends/family and always tries to sneak in a little “me” time with exercise or meditation. She prioritizes relationships and making new connections, always eager to share her experiences and learn from others.
