Susan Carrier is a Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor and metabolic health coach who helps clients address the root causes behind hormone imbalances, digestive challenges, metabolic issues, and other chronic health concerns. A graduate of Bauman College, the Functional Nutrition Alliance, and Metabolic Balance®, Susan brings a systems-based, personalized approach to her work and collaborates with healthcare providers when appropriate. She is part of a global practitioner collective that meets regularly to review cases and explore emerging insights in health and nutrition.

After a 25-year career in marketing and advertising, Susan found her true calling in functional nutrition — connecting the dots within the body just as she once did between brands and culture. Having navigated her own long-term health challenges, she is passionate about helping others feel their best and show up fully in their lives.

What is the purpose of the group?

Public interest in complementary and holistic healthcare options continues to grow as people seek healthier options to preserving and maintaining good health without relying on medications.

The group is focused on providing information, resources, and support for women around health and wellness issues. It will provide accessible strategies, techniques and resources women can adopt to make positive changes in their own health and lives.

We plan a wide range of health and wellness topics that women will find practical and useful in their daily health maintenance. We expect to host guest speakers who are subject matter experts in their fields.
