About Jen Todd:

For three decades, Jen has helped executives and leaders build companies and non-profits, develop their people, create high-performing teams, navigate change, have collaborative inclusive cultures, grow personally and professionally and achieve their highest visions. She founded Breakthrough Partners 21 yeas ago and recently joined Vistage Michigan as a CEO Peer Advisory Group chair.

Jen is an Executive, Leadership Coach and Consultant offering transformational leadership coaching programs, peer advisory groups, workshops and purpose discovery retreats for executives, leaders, business owners and change makers.

Jen is also the founder of a women’s empowerment mission, a speaker and author of two books and a textbook chapter on large-scale whole system change. Jen has a bachelors in Psychology, Master in Org Development and is trained in Gestalt, various leadership models and tools, Positive Intelligence, Grief and Trauma.

Her signature coaching approach is grounded in:

Troy Affinity Group Meeting

The mission of the Inforum Troy Morning Networking Group is to be the one meeting you look forward to attending each month. We are committed to an “apology-free” zone so do not apologize if you’re a few minutes late, or if you need to leave a few minutes early (we’ve ALL been there). Our goal is to be a welcoming, supporting networking group for professional women. The group meets monthly on the 2nd Thursday of each month from 8:00 - 9:00 a.m.
