Our workplace includes five generations, each bringing unique experiences, communication styles, and strengths. Understanding these differences helps improve collaboration, reduce misunderstandings, and build stronger teams. This session will highlight ways to leverage generational diversity as an advantage.

About Sue Justice

Sue Justice, SHRM-SCP, is the founder and president of Emery HR, where she empowers organizations to create human centered cultures. Sue has a BAA from Northwood University and over 30 years of experience in the Human Resource industry. Sue brings a deeply human-centered approach to resolving difficult conversations. Her practical, compassionate strategies help navigate through workplace tensions. Sue equips her audiences with the empathy, clarity, and confidence needed to approach challenging interactions with compassion and accountability—turning difficult conversations into stepping stones for stronger relationships.

Troy Affinity Group Meeting

The mission of the Inforum Troy Morning Networking Group is to be the one meeting you look forward to attending each month. We are committed to an “apology-free” zone so do not apologize if you’re a few minutes late, or if you need to leave a few minutes early (we’ve ALL been there). Our goal is to be a welcoming, supporting networking group for professional women. The group meets monthly on the 2nd Thursday of each month from 8:00 - 9:00 a.m.
