Balance, Boundaries & Burnout
Wednesday, November 13 | 1:30 – 3:30 p.m.
Forvia, 2800 High Meadow Cir, Auburn Hills, MI 48326
Join Inforum and the women of Forvia for an open and engaging conversation about balance, boundaries, and burnout — and how these themes show up in our personal and professional lives. Together, we’ll explore how to protect our energy, set realistic expectations, and build a sense of harmony amid the everyday demands of work and life.
This session is open to all Inforum members and guests — whether you’re navigating career growth, leadership challenges, or simply seeking connection with other women who “get it,” you’ll leave with insights, inspiration, and support from the community around you.
Kyle Boes - Currently acting as Head of Purchasing for the Americas GE at FORVIA Hella, Kyle Boes is an experienced supply chain leader with a strong background in the automotive industry. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Marketing from Central Michigan University and a Master’s in Supply Chain Management from Wayne State University. Kyle has over 12 years’ experience at Purchasing at Hella, covering both Program and Indirect categories.
Passionate about the industry both professionally and personally, Kyle is proud to be part of an automotive family alongside her husband, who works for Ford. Outside of work, she enjoys life as a mom to two young daughters, ages 3 and 6.
Ashley Bayley - Ashley Bayley is the Marketing Analyst for FORVIA North America, where she leverages data-driven insights to support strategic marketing initiatives. As President of the Women & Allies Employee Resource Group, she is deeply committed to fostering community, promoting inclusion, and driving professional development within the organization. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband Bruce, cheering on the Detroit Lions and spending time at their home in Goodrich.
