Jodi van Haren is the founder and sole owner of Advantage Mechanical-Refrigeration (AMR Total Building Solutions), a full-service commercial HVAC and plumbing contractor headquartered in Cedar Springs, Michigan. She launched the company in 2001 and has grown it to 60 employees, serving clients across Michigan and Florida. Jodi began her career in the mechanical contracting industry in 1989 and has owned three businesses and participated in multiple joint ventures along the way. AMR has been her most successful venture to date, earning the Best Small Business in Michigan award in 2021. With over 30 years in a male-dominated industry, she brings real-world lessons in grit, growth, and leadership—while always keeping it real.

Kerri Miller is a Senior Vice President at Fishbeck. a multi-discipline consulting firm that specializes in engineering, architectural, environmental, and construction services. Headquartered in Grand Rapids, Fishbeck is an employee-owned firm with more than 700 employees in 18 offices across Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana. Kerri has served in a Senior Vice President role since 2014 and is a member of the firm’s Leadership Team and Board of Directors. Her primary responsibilities include corporate oversight, strategic planning, firm administration, and oversight of several departments. After starting as a civil engineer in 2000, Kerri has been instrumental to the growth and development of Fishbeck as one of ENR’s Top 400 Engineering and Design Firms in the nation.

Kerri graduated with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Michigan State University in 1997. In addition to serving as a board member with Michigan Women Forward, she currently serves on the MSU College of Engineering Alumni Board.

Brianne Pitchford is the Vice President of Project Development and Marketing at Triangle Associates, leading business development and strategic growth initiatives. A graduate of Ferris State University’s Construction Management Program. She has over two decades in the construction industry, she has advanced from project management into executive leadership, driving innovation and market expansion. Passionate about mentorship and fostering opportunities for women in construction, Brianne also serves as Project Executive for Triangle’s civic market segment.
