Born and raised in a very traditional family; Ekta graduated as a valedictorian with a Bachelors in Commerce (Business Administration) degree from Kolkata-India. She further pursued her Masters in Business Administration (concentration in Finance) from Grand Valley State University after relocating to Michigan. A scholar who was never interested in studies and never did well in school completely turned around, thanks to her fathers’ motivation.

Jennifer Gibson In her role as Senior Vice President, Global Planning, Logistics and Quality, Jennifer oversees Supply Chain Operations, Warehouse & Distribution, Product Engineering and Quality for Global Contract business. In addition, Jennifer is the operations liaison for Group Brand Operations. Jennifer has a background in product development, supply management, logistics, and manufacturing. Previous industries include automative, oil and appliances; building collaborative relationships across the enterprise.
