We are thrilled to welcome an Dr. Jamie Kuzniar as our July Women of Wellness speaker in honor of our Healthy Vision Awareness Month! Dr. Jamie Kuzniar is the founder of Elevate Eye Care + Eyewear in Rochester Hills, Michigan. She earned her Doctorate of Optometry from Michigan College of Optometry at Ferris State University and completed a corneal disease and contact lens residency at Indiana University. Dr. Kuzniar has garnered numerous awards, including the Clinical Excellence in Gas Permeable Contact Lens Award, and has been recognized as one of Newsweek's Top Eye Doctors in America for three consecutive years. She lectures nationally on specialty contact lenses, dry eye, and keratoconus and is an adjunct professor for Indiana University.

What is the purpose of the group?

Public interest in complementary and holistic healthcare options continues to grow as people seek healthier options to preserving and maintaining good health without relying on medications.

The group is focused on providing information, resources, and support for women around health and wellness issues. It will provide accessible strategies, techniques and resources women can adopt to make positive changes in their own health and lives.

We plan a wide range of health and wellness topics that women will find practical and useful in their daily health maintenance. We expect to host guest speakers who are subject matter experts in their fields.
