Digital Health Solutions: Shaping the Future of Care

Digital health is transforming how we access, deliver, and experience care. From tools like remote patient monitoring to virtual behavioral health services, these technologies are improving connectivity and convenience for both patients and providers. Join us as we explore the evolving landscape of digital health solutions — their potential to enhance outcomes, improve access, and streamline care — as well as the challenges they present. We’ll dive into the pros and cons of virtual visits, patient-tech interactions, and what the future holds for healthcare in a digital-first world.

Mary Zuckerman is the Vice-President and General Manager for Honest Health, a company focused on leading primary care transformation by partnering with health systems and independent physicians to manage their transition to value based healthcare for their senior patients.
