Carlos Cubia, EVP, Chief Community Health Impact & Belonging Officer, Corewell Health
Carlos is responsible for developing and engaging the organization in systemwide, transformational diversity, equity, inclusion, and sustainability strategies. As a visionary and innovative leader, Carlos is known for thinking differently about what is possible. He applies his extensive experience to creating an inclusive, diverse, safe, and equitable community and enabling Corewell Health to achieve its vision of a future where health is simple, affordable, equitable and exceptional.
Carlos is passionate about caring for the whole person with respect and dignity and building a world where health and well-being are within reach for all. At Corewell Health, Carlos is developing and championing strategies to create a culture in which DE&I and health equity are both at the center of everything.
Kimberly Keaton Williams, Vice President, Talent Strategy and Development, McLaren Health
Kim is an experienced leader in talent acquisition, workforce development, employee engagement, and workforce solutions - driving improved business outcomes. She’s demonstrated success across a variety of business functions including Talent Management, Marketing, Outsourcing Solutions, Offshore Strategies, and Business Development. She’s also a passionate community leader, serving as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for Inforum and Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of The Rhonda Walker Foundation, a nonprofit focused on empowering inner city teen girls.

Terry Barclay is a leader in building gender-balanced businesses with over 35 years’ experience working with top management teams of some of the world’s best-known companies to capture the benefits of inclusive work environments. As president and CEO of Inforum, Terry oversees the only professional organization in Michigan – and one of only a few in the country –that combines strategic connections, proven professional development programs, a respected forum for new ideas, and original research to accelerate careers for women and boost talent initiatives for companies. Under Terry’s leadership, Inforum has become a trusted ally and sought-after resource in helping companies advance gender diversity to find and develop future talent. Terry serves on the boards of the Cranbrook Educational Community, Cranbrook Institute of Science and The Nature Conservancy of Michigan. She is an active angel investor through Michigan Angel Funds I and II. She has BA from the College of Wooster and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
