Celebrate. Connect. Be Inspired.

This year, we’re focusing on the power of resilience—how it fuels growth, drives change, and transforms the way we navigate challenges, both personally and professionally. Featuring dynamic speakers Kim Keaton Williams and Carlos Cubia, this event will provide an authentic, forward-looking conversation about leading through uncertainty, embracing change, and building a future rooted in strength and purpose. Whether you're leading a team, advancing your career, or looking for inspiration to tackle life’s challenges, you’ll walk away feeling empowered and ready to take action.

Carlos Cubia, Chief Inclusion, Equity, Diversity and Sustainability Officer, Corewell Health

Carlos is responsible for developing and engaging the organization in systemwide, transformational diversity, equity, inclusion, and sustainability strategies.
