Please join us this Thursday for a morning meeting at 8am at the Birmingham Bloomfield Art Center.

• Maximizing nutrition in every meal
• Get fit at work
• Make moving your go to habit

The meeting will be an opportunity to share our challenges and accomplishments along with an insider view of what is currently on exhibit.
