Tracy is a highly accomplished and transformational leader with over 20 years’ experience in change management, human resources, executive coaching, transformation, strategic planning and consulting.

Currently serving as a Vice President, Operational Excellence at Vizient, Tracy is responsible for collaborating with leaders and teams across the Spend Management Business Unit to establish the infrastructure required to execute key strategic initiatives and priorities to accelerate performance of Spend Management, including leading performance improvement initiatives and structure to develop and implement automation, process standardization, efficiencies, and insights solutions.

Prior to joining Vizient, Tracy held various leadership roles at Corewell Health, a large healthcare system in Michigan. She was instrumental in driving strategic initiatives across the organization, including the integration of multiple health systems, supporting strategic growth through M&A’s and subsequent value-focused integrations and she created the Integration Management Office.

Tracy is also certified through ICF as an executive coach, and she earned her MBA from Michigan State University.

Tracy excels amid ambiguity and brings a high level of discipline along with a clear and uncomplicated approach to leading people. She has a blend of compassion, authenticity and discipline that is truly fun to be around. She walks the line nicely of having fun and truly enjoying her work while also having direction and accomplishment firmly held in the foreground.
