Healing with Horses: Find Calm, Peace, and Joy through the Heart of Horse
We are excited to welcome Deborah (Deb) Voyt, PhD, PCC!
Deb combines over 30 years of practical experience as a global leader, consultant, and coach to provide a holistic approach to help clients find meaning and purpose aligned with values. She is a seasoned practitioner of equine-facilitated personal coaching and leadership development, dedicated to fostering personal transformation through the unique bond between humans and horses.
At her farm in Holly, Michigan, Deb brings humans and horses together in a safe environment to slow down, connect with our authenticity, find peace, calm, and joy, and transform their lives through cultivating a calm body, quiet mind, and coherent heart.
We are excited to have Deb share with us how horses serve as catalysts for healing and transformation, helping us open our hearts and reconnect with our authentic selves.
What is the purpose of the group?
Public interest in complementary and holistic healthcare options continues to grow as people seek healthier options to preserving and maintaining good health without relying on medications.
The group is focused on providing information, resources, and support for women around health and wellness issues. It will provide accessible strategies, techniques and resources women can adopt to make positive changes in their own health and lives.
We plan a wide range of health and wellness topics that women will find practical and useful in their daily health maintenance. We expect to host guest speakers who are subject matter experts in their fields.
