Amy Bellinger is a certified fat loss coach specializing in helping women in their late 40s, 50’s and beyond navigate perimenopause with confidence. She empowers women to burn stubborn belly fat, build muscle, balance hormones, and spike their metabolism—without endless cardio or restrictive dieting.

Through whole food nutrition and strategic workouts, Amy teaches her clients how to fuel their bodies, optimize their metabolism, and make fat loss sustainable. Her coaching approach is designed to fit into real life, making it simple yet effective.

We are excited to have Amy share with us how to take control of your health, break through fat loss plateaus, and feel stronger, leaner, and more energized in this phase of life.

What is the purpose of the group?

Public interest in complementary and holistic healthcare options continues to grow as people seek healthier options to preserving and maintaining good health without relying on medications.

The group is focused on providing information, resources, and support for women around health and wellness issues. It will provide accessible strategies, techniques and resources women can adopt to make positive changes in their own health and lives.

We plan a wide range of health and wellness topics that women will find practical and useful in their daily health maintenance. We expect to host guest speakers who are subject matter experts in their fields.
