We are excited to welcome Megan Hudson, who will lead a thought-provoking session on Behavior Change and Psychological Safety in the Workplace. Megan will dive into the importance of psychological safety, helping us define what it means, understand its significance on a personal level, and explore how to build it within ourselves and the teams we serve. Discover practical strategies for fostering a sense of belonging, empowering leaders to create an environment where colleagues feel safe to take action and contribute to meaningful change.
With over 15 years of dedicated experience in healthcare, Megan Hudson is about making things better for patients and teams alike. Megan has a rich background in psychology and applied behavior analysis, which forms the foundation of her innovative approach to enhancing healthcare operations and patient care. Megan is currently the Director of Performance Excellence for Shelby, Muskegon, Grand Haven Trinity Health hospitals and Trinity Health Medical Groups for West Michigan.
Throughout Megan’s career, she has been at the forefront of implementing transformative process improvements within healthcare organizations. Her commitment to foster environments of psychological safety and continuous improvement have led to significant advancements in efficiency, quality, and patient outcomes. Megan excels in identifying areas for enhancement and developing strategic solutions that streamline operations and elevate standards of care.
Central to Megan’s philosophy is the belief in coaching healthcare professionals in humility, curiosity, and empathy. By emphasizing these core values, Megan has successfully cultivated engaged and effective healthcare teams. She is passionate about sharing her expertise and empowering others to drive positive change within their organization.
At home, Megan is being kept on her toes by her energetic 6-year-old-son, who has endless questions and demonstrates pure curiosity! You will find her, her husband, son and 2 lovable dogs outdoors on their downtime trying to catch the most of our Michigan summers by the water.
