With 25 years of dedicated service in the Army, I have honed a deep understanding of adaptability and resilience. Transitioning into civilian life, I have embraced my roles as a Christian, a mother, and a wife, channeling the same steadfast dedication into nurturing my family and faith. My journey from military service to civilian life has instilled in me a profound passion for empowering individuals to navigate life’s challenges with grace and resilience.

With a Bachelors degree in Resource and Technology Management and a Masters in Management and Leadership, I bring a strategic and results-oriented approach to my work. I am a Co-Active trained coach and a proud member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Additionally, I specialize in Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (ESCI) and hold certifications in Daniel Goleman Emotional Intelligence. My expertise extends to intercultural understanding as an Intercultural Development Inventory Qualified Administrator. Through my platform, I strive to inspire personal growth, foster meaningful connections, and equip others with the tools they need to thrive.
