Jennifer DuPont will present Authentic Presence: Your Professional Brand

The learning session aims to help participants discover and articulate their unique qualities, strengths, and values, defining their professional identity. Through this process, attendees will learn techniques to communicate their authentic selves effectively, ensuring consistency in both personal and professional interactions. By understanding the role of authenticity in building trust and credibility with clients and colleagues, participants will be equipped to develop strategies that maintain a genuine presence in their branding efforts. Finally, the session will guide individuals in creating personalized action plans to implement these authentic branding practices and tools to foster supprt consistently in their professional lives.

The meeting will feature light hors d'oeuvres and networking 6 – 6:30 and Jennifer’s presentation will begin at 6:30 pm.

About Jennifer DuPont, CCP, PHR

Jennifer is an experienced HR professional with over 25 years in human resources, business operations, and transformation. Her diverse background includes roles in support, sales, and management, where she has effectively driven business outcomes and employee engagement by aligning people, purpose, strengths, and strategy. Currently, as Director of HR Shared Services at Kelly Services, she collaborates with executive leaders to convert business strategies into HR solutions, focusing on organizational design, talent planning, and using data to inform business decisions and engagement. Previously, she worked as Director, HR Business Partner/Transformation Management Office, refining her expertise in organizational design and change management. She holds a BS in Human Resource Development from Oakland University and is pursuing a Master of Organization Development at Bowling Green State University. Jennifer is a certified Professional in HR (PHR) and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP). She is committed to professional growth and active participation in the HR community and currently serves on the board of the Detroit SHRM chapter.
