Thank you to our facilitator:

Beth Fisher is an author, speaker, business leader, leukemia survivor, and marathoner who turns adversity into action. Guided by her mantra, “Is better an option?” she inspires others to embrace perseverance, authenticity, and purpose to overcome challenges and achieve lasting transformation.

With over 25 years of strategic leadership in corporate sales, Beth helped Fortune 500 companies drive process improvement, change management, and peak performance. Realizing her true calling was to inspire individuals to act on their potential and thrive through life’s challenges, she transitioned to serve in the nonprofit space as the Chief Advancement Officer for Mel Trotter Ministries.

Today, Beth channels her energy into groundbreaking initiatives as a senior strategist at Grey Matter Group—an award-winning design and marketing agency—where she collaborates with Ph.D. researchers on global projects exploring the intersection of science and religion. She also runs her own consulting firm, assisting nonprofits with strategy and CRM implementation, and coaches C-level executives as a Convene Chair Facilitator.

Beth holds two master’s degrees in theology and is obtaining her Doctorate from Fuller. Her next book, Selection Process, is due out at the end of the year and is a guide for conquering wrong relationship choices. Whether speaking on stage, coaching one-on-one, or writing, Beth’s mission is the same: to inspire others to overcome adversity, embrace their authentic purpose, and build a future defined by bold decisions and intentional action.

(Also…she is one of the keynote speakers in March for Inforum’s International Women’s Day event!)
