In this 90-minute virtual lab, participants will explore the science of psychological safety and its role in fostering engaged, innovative teams. Through brain-based coaching techniques, you’ll learn about the amygdala hijack—when our brains react to stress—and discover strategies to shift from reactive to proactive mindsets. The session will also cover how brain chemistry, particularly dopamine and cortisol, influences team dynamics, and how to create a safe, trust-filled environment that encourages collaboration and risk-taking.

In this lab, you will:
