Doug Bartman
Doug Bartman is the Regional Human Resources Manager for the Clarios low voltage Lithium Ion Battery plant located in Holland, Michigan. He started his automotive manufacturing career as a supervisor with Prince Corporation in 1988. While with Prince, Doug also worked as a Plant Trainer and a Continuous Improvement Coordinator. In 1997, Johnson Controls acquired the Prince Corporation. While working with Johnson Controls, Mr. Bartman has served as the plant Human Resources Manager for the Southview plant located in Holland, Michigan. Doug became the Regional Human Resources Manager in 2003. He was responsible for Human Resources for several plants in the Midwest. In 2000, Doug earned his PHR certification from the Society of Human Resources.
Jorge Lozano
Jorge is a distinguished leader in Data Science and Digital Innovation at Steelcase, where his expertise in Economics and Actuarial Science enriches his approach to data-driven strategies and digital transformation. With over a decade of experience, Jorge has significantly contributed to Steelcase's success through impactful analytics initiatives, driving substantial financial benefits and integrating AI into the company's core strategy for sustained competitiveness.
Originating from Mexico, Jorge's global journey across various industries has been marked by his dedication to creating innovative digital experiences and analytical products, always with a human-centric perspective. His role as the Head of Data Science and Digital Innovation involves leading Steelcase's Digital Innovation Lab, developing prototypes for industry engagement, and overseeing the data science portfolio to deliver multi-million dollar ROI.
Elizabeth Rolinski
Elizabeth is Managing Director at Leading by DESIGN. She joined the organization in 2020, then serving as an executive coach, a facilitator of leadership development programs, and a consultant of team performance. DISHER purchased Leading by DESIGN in 2023, bringing new synergies to both groups. Elizabeth’s prior 37 years were in manufacturing related roles with General Motors, Prince Corporation, Johnson Controls, and Clarios. She rotated through numerous engineering, ops leadership, international, and executive leadership positions. She retired while serving as Global VP Operations and Manufacturing Engineering with Clarios, with the goal of moving back to West Michigan and focusing more intently on Leadership Development
