About Gina
Gina has been practicing yoga for over 15 years, and completed her 200 hr YTT in 2013, her 500 hr YTT in 2015 as well as several trainings for meditation, yin yoga, and restorative training.
To Gina, yoga is a transformative philosophy, beyond the physical poses that yoga is associated with in the West. Yoga teaches us to slow down, and has huge physical and mental benefits when practiced regularly. "We become more conscious of our bodies, minds, and hearts, and notice how we affect the world around us."
