Description

Join us to grow your manufacturing professional network as we dine at Hudsonville Grill for conversation, and fun! We will be joined by Heidi Frye to facilitate exercises to grow your network, and how to hone your conversation skills.

Driven and achievement oriented, Heidi spent the early part of her career earning sales wins, honors, and awards, within Fortune 500 companies like Xerox, Boston Scientific Corporation, and EMC. Despite her sales successes, her true legacy was “developing others into superstars”. She turned this organizational development side hustle into a business when she founded UPwords Inc. 19 years ago, positively impacting thousands of leaders through 1:1 executive coaching, team workshops & programs, and motivational talks. The results speak for themselves. Resembling her time in Corporate America, when her trainees won President’s Club, her leadership clients boast of career accomplishments, promotions, and no more people problems. Most importantly, they grow and transform becoming the best versions of themselves, professionally and personally.

Heidi authored the 2021 published book, The Light Switch: Plugging Into Your Core Power to Transform How You Lead to help leaders lead authentically, a critical component of the Whole Leader model. Heidi continues to innovate, inspire, and inform, with the 2023 launch of the Charging Up Leadership podcast, which she hosts and produces. Heidi holds a degree in Business Administration from Wayne State University. She is a graduate of Leadership University School of Developmental Coaching in the Coach2 and Master Leadership Coaching System programs; is certified in the Integrative9 Enneagram and B.A.N.K. assessments; and is a member of the International Coaching Federation.
