VIRTUAL EVENT

From Change Fatigue to Continuous Improvement

The ability to continually improve and adapt is critical in every profession to produce good outcomes - whether it be clients or patients - and impactful careers for team members. But the pace can sometimes feel overwhelming and when that happens, resistance, apathy, and negativity can begin to dominate.

The good news is that there are strategies that can help. Please join us on March 14 as we hear from Mark Graban, an internationally recognized consultant, author, professional speaker, blogger, podcaster, and entrepreneur, who will talk to us about how to combat change-related fatigue by changing our mindset.

Topics and highlights include:

  • How to reframe “resistance to change”
  • What is “psychological safety” and how do leaders cultivate it?
  • Why is psychological safety a foundation for continuous improvement?
  • How to prevent mistakes, while learning from each one that occurs

Mark helps others learn how to improve and sustain performance. In his healthcare work, this means improving the quality of care and patient safety while reducing costs and improving the workplace experience.

He is the author of several books, the most recent of which is The Mistakes That Make Us: Cultivating a Culture of Learning and Innovation. He is the founder, lead blogger, and podcaster at LeanBlog.org. He also is recognized as a LinkedIn Top Voice.

You can read more about Mark here.
