Live and Learn - How to lift up others as a mentor and best practices for mentees

Productive mentor/mentee relationships benefit both mentors and mentees. But how do you get started? What are the right questions and the right topics? Join us to learn best practices from three women leaders on this important topic. This event offers professional women in healthcare a unique opportunity to engage and learn from senior industry leaders, fostering cross-organizational relationships. This program focuses on three key objectives with table conversations: Fostering connections, providing access, and facilitating networking.

Through this program, participants build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals, gaining invaluable insights and exposure to healthcare leadership. The program aims to establish a strong, diverse network that nurtures both personal and career development within the industry. Join us in forging impactful connections and creating opportunities for women in healthcare.

Program Framework
Participants are invited to join any or all of the five two-hour OwnIt sessions tailored for professional women seeking career growth. These evening sessions will focus on a specific topic relevant to career development. Starting with a 30-minute networking opportunity with other participants and industry leaders, each session will then feature table discussions related to the scheduled topic. This framework allows individuals to develop deeper strategic connections and opportunities to informally interact with senior leaders engaging in several relevant topics.
