Negotiating can feel difficult, but being able to calmly and effectively work toward high-quality workplace and personal solutions is an essential leadership skill. Join us to learn from three women leaders on this important topic. This event offers professional women in healthcare a unique opportunity to engage and learn from senior industry leaders, fostering cross-organizational relationships. This program focuses on three key objectives with table conversations: Fostering connections, providing access, and facilitating networking.

About OwnIt: OwnIt is a program created by senior women in healthcare with the aim of helping women establish strong, diverse networks that nurture personal and career development within the industry. These two-hour sessions are scheduled several times throughout the year and are open to all. 

What to expect:  OwnIt sessions focus on a specific topic relevant to career development. Each begins with 30 minutes of networking with other participants and industry leaders followed by 90 minutes of table discussions related to the scheduled topic. This framework allows individuals to develop deeper strategic connections and opportunities to learn and formally interact with senior leaders. Join us in forging impactful connections for women in healthcare.
