During her 25-year career, Kara Grasso has excelled as an inspirational advanced mobility strategist focused on new business development and revenue growth in areas of electrification and autonomy. She is a regular spokesperson on the automotive acceleration to electrification and is particularly focused on improving the industry gender gap by mentoring talented women.

In her current role as Head of Strategy & Revenue for 360ofme, Kara is instrumental in transforming the data privacy paradigm within multiple industries. Particularly important in the Connected Car and Healthcare space, 360ofme is working to build revenue services through ethically collected data.

As Global Strategy Lead - Advanced Mobility for DuPont (NYSE: DD), Kara was responsible for developing an aggregated, go-forward ambition and strategy for Advanced Mobility across DuPont’s $4B portfolio. This includes focus on advancing new solutions and strategies for automotive electrification and autonomous driving programs.

Kara’s ability to understand and identify strategic opportunities while developing and strengthening customer relationships, have been the cornerstone of her career. With experience in a variety of roles ranging from sales and sales operations to business operations planning, she has had a track record of defining strategy and achieving results that optimize the development of innovative new business models that deliver on key long-term objectives.

In 2021, she joined DuPont from Denso where she served as Vice-president of Strategic Operations tasked with growing NA revenue by $2.4B. She guided business improvement by forging and strengthening customer relationships within automotive electrification, autonomy, and connected product areas.

Kara is a dedicated advocate of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I), having played an active role to lead this important effort across North America. She is a member of the executive committee of AutomotiveNEXT, an Inforum industry group that provides a network and supportive community to women in automotive to help empower them to achieve their full potential. Finally, she is on the Consumer Technology Association (CTA) Board of Industry Leaders responsible to define and enhance technology innovation policy making.

She was awarded one of Automotive News’ Rising Star of 2021 and has been published in multiple industry publications including SAE Books, Autoline, Automotive News, Autonomous News, Crain’s, Industry Week, and Plastic News.
