West Michigan’s only Katsu Curry restaurant caught national attention after a New York Times food writer declared it served one of the best dishes he ate this year.  The Hire Katsu Curry at KCM was included on the ‘23 of the Best American Dishes of 2023′ list.

Dinner runs from 5:30-7:00pm.  There are no alcoholic drinks available, but we will meet at 5:00 to enjoy some discussion before ordering dinner promptly at 5:30.  Be sure to bring your appetite and plenty of business cards to pass around.
