Listening Without Judgement: Our worlds seem a bit more divided these days - whether on the national level, or at work, or even at home with our extended families. It seems a bit harder to listen without jumping to conclusions or slinging judgements at each other. So many relationships have shut down because we don't know how to listen without judgement. This presentation offers up tips on how to create a safe space for conversation to happen and insights into discerning what others are really saying -- even when they aren't saying it.

M. Nora Bouchard, MA, PCC is an executive coach with over twenty years guiding leaders by helping them set visions and make decisions based on values and strengths.
