Tania Bethea

Strategic leader for applications and platforms supporting the corporate and enterprise services of Corewell Health. This includes the Microsoft 365 platform, enterprise resource planning, and an enterprise automation program. Tania also serves as the divisional digital services executive to corporate shared services.

Charity Bennett

As the Chief Experience and Growth Officer, Charity Bennett leads Henry Ford Health’s newly created population health business entity, ensuring the organization is nimble and able to innovatively respond to the ever-changing needs of Henry Ford Health’s and HAP’s members, customers, providers and the health care industry. Shannon Zonca

Shannon Zonca is the Senior Director of Contract eCommerce at MillerKnoll, where she leads B2B eCommerce, global brand websites and dealer technology. With most of her career spent in the digital and eCommerce space, Shannon has a passion for growing digital business and creating seamless and customer-centric experiences. Her leadership has contributed to the growth of MillerKnoll’s eCommerce business, launch of new B2B eCommerce platforms and continuous optimization of digital experiences.

Beth Zuke, Vice President, Amway North America Technology

Beth Zuke is the Vice President of Technology and member of the Executive Leadership team for Amway North America.  She leads the team that develops and supports the eCommerce experience for Independent Business Owners (IBO’s)and Customers for the US, Canada and Dominican Republic.  Additional focus includes business building and management tools for IBO’s.  She is a passionate leader, focused on technical innovation, her team and continuing to foster opportunities for women in technology.
