Meet Pamela Ries

Pamela Ries leads talent strategies and initiates new approaches to support both short-term and long-term business objectives for Spectrum, while overseeing human resources functions throughout the organization. 

She has held several leadership positions in human resources since joining Spectrum in 2001. She has nearly 30 years of experience in business administration and human resources in various industries, including health care, insurance, financial services, education and public transportation.

Pam earned her undergraduate degree from Grace College and has completed graduate coursework in business administration and human resource management.
