5 Rules for Trusting Your Gut

How many times have you wished you had trusted your gut, but you didn’t? Your instincts are an amazing early warning system designed to protect you from danger, lead you to opportunity, and help you do your best at work. We often call them our gut, but they’re really our instincts or natural abilities. Most of us aren’t aware that we can tap into this power every day, instead of waiting for it to suddenly appear. Acting on our instincts is especially important today in our busy and every changing world. They are the one thing we can count on. Yet, we don’t. These 5 rules can help you discover how you can direct this personal energy, using it to help you achieve more and discover your full potential.

Andrea has over 25 years’ experience in coaching, training, process development, strategic direction, and project management.

As a change leader, Andrea has had the opportunity to experience many facets of business, giving her a unique vantage point and proven solutions to corporate problems. Regardless of the type of organization she is working with, people and leadership are key to success. How they communicate, how they interact as a team, how they address and solve problems together are all critical to achieving their desired outcomes. She facilitates this understanding by guiding the organization in enhancing communication, establishing processes and protocols, and providing the training and coaching often needed to effectively operationalize those processes and assure their long-term success.

The mission of the Inforum Troy Morning Networking Group is to be the one meeting you look forward to attending each month. We are committed to an “apology-free” zone so do not apologize if you’re a few minutes late, or if you need to leave a few minutes early (we’ve ALL been there). Our goal is to be a welcoming, supporting networking group for professional women. The group meets monthly on the 2nd Thursday of each month from 8:00 - 9:00 a.m.
