Patina Solutions is a leading national professional services firm that partners with companies to accelerate their success by delivering executive experience on demand. In the area of talent acquisitions, she is focused on the sourcing, assessment and selection of Patina Professionals to support client initiatives through consulting, projects, leadership, executive search, board roles and mentoring. She is also an experienced business development and solution selling professional and consultant (with expertise in contract negotiations, project management, and customer relations management.) Prior to Patina Solutions, Kristi held accounting and finance related positions at Experis Finance (formerly Jefferson Wells), Magna International, Tower Automotive, and Follmer, Rudzewicz & Co. Kristi earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan, and she is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Six Sigma Black Belt (SSBB).
