Join Inforum members and guests as McKinsey partner Stacey Haas presents the report’s findings (click here). After her presentation executives will join Stacey in a discussion of what is happening in the workplace with a Michigan focus.

 

Stacey Haas, partner, McKinsey and Company

As a leader in McKinsey’s Consumer Practice, Stacey has 20 years of experience helping clients drive profitable growth across a wide range of industries, with a focus on portfolio strategy, innovation, and design to deliver above-market growth. Stacey is also a leader in All-In, McKinsey’s diversity and inclusion initiative. She is a former member of the Inforum board of directors.

 

 

Stephanie Naito, Vice President, Talent Management, Meijer Inc.

Stephanie Naito has been vice president of talent management at Meijer since 2014. Previously, she held the same position with SpartanNash, as well as senior leadership positions with Chili’s Grill & Bar, Rite Aid, and Fred Meyer Stores. She serves on the board of Cherry Health Foundation and is a member of the Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Council for Varnum Law.

 

 

 

 

Amy Schultz, Chief Learning Officer & Executive Director, Organizational Effectiveness, DTE Energy

Amy Schultz is chief learning officer & executive director of organizational effectiveness at DTE Energy. Amy leads the design and delivery of strategies that connect teams and people systems to DTE’s purpose, service keys, and leadership principles and the company’s enterprise strategy for culture, employee engagement, talent planning, performance management, and organizational change management. She also oversees the development and deployment of leadership and professional development, DTE’s University, onboarding, and technical training. Amy is a member of the Inforum board of directors.
