Description
Lynn joined Delta Dental in 2015. She leads day-to-day operations of information systems and services to facilitate the planning, organizing and directing of corporate and ISS initiatives that support Delta Dental's strategic vision. She also supports the CIO in the delivery of all enterprise-wide technology initiatives and activities.
Lynn has more than 30 years of IT experience in the public sector. She served in several leadership roles for the State of Michigan, including director of customer service, in which she provided executive leadership to 1,600 state employees and 500 contractors. In addition, she was responsible for the delivery of all technology services to the 17 executive branch agencies. Her accomplishments include providing executive leadership for large projects that include the Healthy Michigan Plan and the corporate income tax.
