Join Active Inforum as we dance and network the night away!  Zumba® is a fusion of hypnotic musical rhythms and tantalizing dance moves to create a dynamic workout designed to be fun and easy to do. Add some Latin flavor and International zest into the mix and you’ve got Zumba! For beginner to advanced fitness levels.  

Thank you to our instructor for generously donating her time, and the Boll Family YMCA for generously donating the venue for this fun class!  YMCA of Metropolitan Detroit is a non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening the foundations of community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. Jacqueline Kippen, Inforum member and Executive Director of Girls on the Run and STRIDE at the YMCA of Metropolitan Detroit, will join us to speak about the great work YMCA is doing in our community.

Active Inforum brings together members to experience sporting activities in Southeast Michigan that support health and well-being.  Activities include running, walking, triathalons, biking, kayaking, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing just to name a few.  And yes, networking, food and socializing are all mixed into the fun!
