From Burnout to Breakthrough – What People Need to Thrive and Live Well
Join us on Nov. 16 as we hear from well-being Dr. Dominique Pritchett, PsyD. Dr. Dominque uses her 20 years of experience in the mental health field and personal journey to cultivate hope, purpose, and meaning in our professional lives. Through exploring tangible G.E.M.S. in the Garden™, she will provide us with strategies to prevent burnout and experience breakthroughs – inspiring us to plant seeds, nurture the roots of our stories, and letting our voices blossom.

Dr. Dominique Pritchett
Born to break the status quo, Dr. Dominique Pritchett is the speaker and well-being strategist you call when you’re ready to audit, boost awareness, and activate a mental health strategy plan before (or after) a crisis.
Dr. Dominique is the founder and podcast host of “Space for Sistas,” advocating for Black women and girls to dream, decide, and do what’s necessary to live well. She also is the owner of Beloved Wellness Center, a virtual private practice based in Wisconsin and curated for Black women, girls, and active allies.
Her insights have been featured on BBC London Radio, Shondaland, Women’s Health magazine, The New York Times, various podcasts, news outlets, and more.

Jan Harrington Davis, SVP, Talent Attraction, Corewell Health
Driven, ambitious, creative, intelligent, analytical…those are a few words that describe Jan Harrington-Davis. A Michigan native, Jan is a great example of what can be accomplished when hard work and determination are combined. Joining Corewell Health in 2022, Jan leads the Talent Attraction teams in designing and executing recruitment strategies to attract, evaluate and retain high performing team members. She brings over 20 years of experience in talent attraction, workforce diversity, and employee relations. As the former Vice President, Talent Acquisition- EEO Diversity & Workforce Solutions, for Henry Ford Health System, Jan oversaw talent acquisition and workforce diversity initiatives and deployed a workforce development strategy to align diversity initiatives across the organization while removing barriers to employment and promotional opportunities.
